An Indian brand – Arya – has come up with a new smartphone that will compete against the likes of the Moto E, Xiaomi Redmi 1S and Android One phones. The smartphone called – Arya Z2 – runs Android KitKat operating system and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB of RAM. The Arya Z2 is priced at Rs. 6,999.
The Arya Z2 has a 5-inch HD IPS display with one glass solution. The smartphone has an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with Sony BSI sensor and 2MP front-facing camera. The smartphone has 4GB of built-in storage. Connectivity options include EDGE, GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB OTG. The smartphone is powered by an 1800 mAh battery.
As said above, the new Z2 competes against the popular budget Andorid phones such as Moto E and Redmi 1S. Priced at Rs. 6999, the Moto E features 5-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 and 5MP camera. The Redmi 1S is priced at Rs. 5,999 and features 8MP camera, quad-core processor and 720p display.
