Microsoft today launched three new Windows Phone 8.1-based smartphones – Lumia 930, 830 and 730 – in India. The new Lumia smartphones are priced at Rs. 38,649, Rs. 28,799 and Rs. 15,299. The smartphones will be available in the market this month, starting October 6.
The Lumia 930 features a 5-inch full HD ClearBlack OLED display with Gorilla Glass 3, a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage, a 20MP PureView camera with dual-LED flash with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and Carl Zeiss optics and also a front-facing 1.2MP wide-angle camera.
The Lumia 830 has a 5-inch HD ClearBlack OLED display with Gorilla Glass 3. It sports 10 MP PureView camera with OIS and Zeiss optics. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor along with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 16GB built-in storage, along with microSD card support up to 128GB.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0 , WLAN IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n , NFC and USB 2.0. It is powered by a 2200 mAh battery.
The Lumia 730, also touted as the selfie phone, features dual-SIM connectivity and Full HD 5MP wide angle front-facing camera. It has 4.7-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has 6.7 MP rear camera.
Other important features of the Lumia 730 include 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage and microSD support. It is powered by a 2220 mAh battery.
