Xolo launches the Q2100 with integrated fingerprint sensor

Xolo has launched a new smartphone featuring fingerprint sensor. Called the Q2100, the new Xolo smartphone is available for Rs. 13,499. The fingerprint sensor on the device comes with LastPAss integration.

The Xolo Q2100 has 5.5-inch HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It sports 8MP rear camera with Exmor R sensor, dual LED flash and 2MP front facing camera. The smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM.

The Xolo Q2100 comes with 8GB of built-in storage. For connectivity, the smartphone supports dual-SIM, 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It is powered by a 2800 mAh battery.

The Xolo Q2100 is one of the few budget smartphones to come with fingerprint sensor, a feature seen on flagship devices such as iPhone 5S,Samsung Galaxy S5 and Ascend Mate 7.

Among budget phones, iberry launched Auxus Note 5.5 with built-in fingerprint scanner for Rs. 13,990, while Swipe Sense with fingerprint sensor launched at Rs. 9,999.
